Not the p3, just the brackets, they have a quickmount option.

On Friday I replaced the bad COP with a new one I got from an eBay seller for $8.50.

Now that the salt is mostly off the roads I got the chance to drive the X to work. It was running great until the last five miles, and then I noticed a misfire. Got to work and started unplugging things, and I wasn't able to isolate a bad cylinder again.

On the way home I had no troubles whatsoever. Not sure why the intermittent-ness, but I think my new COP is bad...

there is a reason they park there crown vics at the o'mally sub station and take the 2 4x4 explorers to get on the upper end of hillside.

been stuck behind many a caprice, 2wd pickup, vans are the worst. not what you should be driving in a place like this. many much better options out there today. doesnt help that nobody seems to know how to drive anymore

The looks I used to get when I'd pass people on a snowy mountain in my Mustang GT... Even better was the Corvair though. It was great in the snow as long as it wasn't too deep, just glided across the snow with that flat bottom.

i'll be sure to get some as i know i'll see more. when one was trying to pull the other out was around 96-97 but man it was funny. the huge storm of st. pattys day 2002 a guy in a lifted super duty was towing a lady cop around to calls around my place, also a funny sight. but that storm was 30" in 24 hours so you cant expect much with that kinda snow.

I hear the old vw bugs do amazing word is they are superior to a 4x4 as long as you keep the momentum up

I ordered mine from Amazon... $117.03 for the p3 and 10.24 for the harness...

I made the mistake of choosing the free super saver shipping and have no idea when it'll even ship, even though both are in-stock. From now on i'll be going with at least ups ground when ordering from amazon.

I concur, I do miss my beetle. even more fun to drive in the snow (in my experience) was my 1977 rabbit. I could grab the e-brake and drive sideways back and forth down the road, all I had to do was keep the front tires pointed in the direction I wanted to go and feather the throttle accordingly.
