Replaced the rear TXV and had a tech recharge the A/C. It blows cold now.

Also did the door seal mod on the rear dutch doors, only got part of it done but now the tail end doesn't sound like it's gonna fall off over every bump!

Finally replaced the cat back exhaust system, it was just a matter of time. Installed the Gibson SS Single Side Sweep.

The cat is SS and it seems to be OK, I used a fiber optic scope to look in the end, and the front pipe didn't have extensive rot like from the muffler back.

i forget how quite the V10s are with a muffler, i'm so used to mine straight piped.

Yeah, about that, we have noise ordinances and the wife thought it was too loud without a muffler.....lol

LOL i just make sure to idle in/out of residential areas, inside its not bad at all pretty tame actualy.

Steve, those pictures of your old exhaust look better than what is on my truck right now, lol. Mine is so bad I can't even weld it back together anymore..

If you look closely at the top of the pile of rust, that little half moon shaped object above whats left of the hanger is some kind of putty the PO used to patch holes!

NICE! That is the exact system I have been looking at! Was it an easy bolt-on, or did you weld it? Also, is it quiet like stock, or does it have a little more rumble? Thanks in advance!
