While I'm sure that this is a well-tested contraption, I'd be concerned with how it has to effect traction. At acceleration (or uphill grade) that TT is pure drag. It seems like that would "torque" the rig, pulling up on the back of the truck and reducing read wheel traction. During deceleration (and downhill grade) that torque is in the other direction, pushing down on the rear bumper and potentially reducing the front end traction.
It just looks like one of those great ideas that has other side-effects.....
Replaced the big ol passenger outer tie rod along with the shorter tie rod today. Getting the alignment done in the morning and then heading back home.
Monitor your EOT's brother. Did you get any EOT data with the stock thermo first, before you swapped it out?
I had Joey's 180* in before I did the swap and oil temps were quite resonable, they never exceeded 197*. I'll be monitoring temps while it's in before I go to to stocker which is now a happy medium at 192*.
Between now and the time I flush out the coolant should be plenty of time to gather data.
