Adding my 2 cents to the pot.

 

gassed up today..70/cent discount $94 for 26.2 gallons. 3.57/gallon when regular price was 4.27/gallon. best part was i almost broke 10mpg with all in town driving(very heavy foot)

also today i got my little trailer out, had to bring my grandpas new tool box up to his house. the trailer was up on a hill at my house which right now is so muddy it took me 3 runs in 4low to get up the hill. got the truck all muddy but i pressure washed it when i got home

Do you suffer from the non-limited-slip rear end too?

 

yeah, pisses me off the only Ex of mine that had one was my black '00 which only lived 2 months with me. would not have made much of a difference in this case though. on the incline the mud was about 6" deep and really nasty. just took more speed! haha

 

Yeah, when I was moving my grandpa's stuff a couple weeks back, I went to put the trailer back away at night, go to back up a small incline, and the tire breaks free. The grass got torn up awful, but it's starting to grow back now. Ugh.

I'm glad the '05 has LS! If it didn't, I'd be looking into something to make it that way!

 

-Washed the old girl this weekend, got her looking all pretty again.

-Pulled the IDM and coated the connections with some dielectic grease

-Noticed the truck was surging while driving and had an inconsistent idle, unplugged the ICP and found that it almost immediately stabilized. Replaced the ICP with a spare I somehow had, it's better, but I still need a new sensor. Clay should be expecting a call from me later this morning...

-Found the back hatch not locking, so I went to Autozone, got some contact cleaner and white lithium grease. Went to town on the lock assembly and needless to say it locks now.

 

Put her back in the garage after putting about 900 miles on her last week (vacation). She performed flawlessly.

 

Replaced my third brake light bulbs with LEDs, ahhhh, now i'm satisfied. No affect to the cruise control like thought, go figure.

Filled up, added diesel Klean, got 2 new Yellow top Optimas for 214 at advanced. (well i bought them seperately on my phone in the store and got 20% off, $30 off and a $50 gift card per battery) the workers there were amazed lol. put a 4in turbo back exhaust no cat no muffler. love the sound of it. also got a Scan gauge II after everyone said that was the best 150 they ever spent.
