That whole ordeal sounds terrifying. I didn't know it was even possible... as far as the insurance, I'd bet Geico is gonna say it's on your homeowner's insurance. I don't foresee your auto insurance taking on any liability for this, but i'm just a guy on the internet.
It does sound counter intuitive. However, the Geico Claim agent and the Doctors office confirmed that it is the car insurance liability. They both told me they had handled many of these claims in the past. Before I even got to surgery, the agent and the doctors office had already talked to each other and hammered out all the details.
I just had to pay my standard vehicle deductible of $250 to cover everything including prescriptions, office visits, surgery, Anesthesiologist, and emergency visit. It will end up cheaper than if I used my health insurance.

This whole thing is nuts.
So if I learned anything from this it's to say I was injured working on my vehicle. Our health insurance deductible is 5K and our vehicle insurance is 500.
Glad the surgery got everything out they needed and everything else is okay for you.
Lovely rims but what kind of size of tires you have? I try to get 285 50 20 for my EX but... load index have to be at list 117 I can not find any tires with this number. 116 Its not enough to pass period check of the car.

Well time to look at the brakes again, think i got a hanging up caliper or something on the rear passangers, redid these brakes in late 2013 or early 2014 with complete powerstop package and new rubber lines all around. im happy with the time i got out of them so far will check the problem out and report back in the future. i highly recommend the power stops.
I have only planted the more cold hardy stuff so far, potatoes, carrots and some garlic. Mostly everything else will have to wait until Memorial Day when we get back home from vacation, the beans, peppers, tomatoes, etc will be just a little late this year. I did see the garden centers around here have some tomatoe plants in already, that seems too early to me for around here unless you have a greenhouse.
I ordered new Hawk LTS brake pads for the EX, hopefully next week I'll get them on along with the Russell hoses and a full fluid flush, looking forward to better brake performance on this upcoming trip.
Finally used it to some of it's full potential and hauled a few sheets of plywood. Took the opportunity when the carseats were out to do some vacuuming.
Got a couple replacement fobs from Amazon, replaced four lock actuators and lubed up the hatch lock mechanism, and now I have fully functional keyless entry!
what are the good brake pads everyones running now on the excursions? im thinking about ordering a set before i tear into these brakes just incase. dont wanna get stuck with the part store crap.
