Haha, yes, I had already checked out Dorman, rock auto and o'rielly's after seeing the feedback from you/Tom. Unless I can find a couple HD center caps, i would then order those lug nuts. But as they are probably a rarity, I may end up finding the center caps that cover/attach over the lug nuts...thanks!

Warming up nicely now. Spring has finally sprung. We're about 5 weeks late here in E. TN.

Replaced all spark plugs (Motorcraft SP479) and COPs (Denso 673-6000) at 177K. Used a shop vac with stepped down tubing to suck out all of the PB Blaster and debris from the spark plug wells. She runs real strong and smooth now. Switched SCT tunes from 89 Perf to the 89 Tow.

Cleaned my carpet and interior, the cargo bay floor was looking nasty. I need a new drivers seat cover, it is splitting.

Replaced my drivers front running board bulb.

Fixed my rear vent window so it opens. Wife held the switch and I gave it a couple of hits and she opened. Cleaned the gasket and window, the dogs will like the fresh air.

Washed the camper and car hauler. Yesterday, I hauled my FIL's Blazer to the repair shop on the flat trailer and took a load of furniture to Habitat in the utility trailer. The Ex has been busy this weekend.

That's badass!

You gotta post up some pics and vids of this event in the conversation thread, "Happy Hour" when you get time!

Didn't make it, bought it about 30-35 years ago. Don't remember where but it's come in real handy over the years and adjustable for height and width of tire.

Finally bought one. Too many times getting jerked around by the other sellers I'd been in contact with.

Not my first choice, but it's got the 5.4. 2001 XLT with convenience package. Cloth seats, 4x4, very little rust for this area... might be savable instead of the usual rot.

Caliper is seized, so I had to get it towed.

I got the missing shock stud in yesterday from the steering stabilizer kit and got the second Bilstein installed. I can tell a big difference between running one and both.

Beefy

I got home from work, stepped out of the cheesy Chevy 2500HD and got into the Excursion to go get some beer. When I got home I took a couple of photos. I’m liking it more and more after a week of driving on the X and Mod C’s with 35’s. They are breaking in nicely!

Replaced all 4 ball joints this past week. Handling and wandering was improved. Took the Ex in for an alignment this evening, and no longer fighting to keep the Ex going straight, looks like both toe angles were biased to the right.

if it is still wandering you may want to dial in 2 more degrees of caster.
