Put my studded snow tires on tonight. I also decided in the spring I'm putting 35s on my 20s for summer. Then I'll need to re-gear to 4.56 with a tru-trac in the back...shucks.

From the sounds of the forecast winter will be here next week. I still have new heat tapes to put up on the house, cover the motorhome with a tarp and unhook the coach batteries. Few more sets of snow tires to put on this weekend. Oh and put the Oldsmobile into winter storage...I thought my list was getting shorter but now that I type it out maybe not.

Yeah I'm just not looking forward to the price tag of new tires and gears. If I didn't have all my others vehicles I want to spend money on also it wouldn't be an issue. Real first world problems right there.

Lucky on the weather. Its been nice around here, cool at night but 65 and sunny during the day. Although, I know the crap is coming. Im prepping the best I can, undercoating/oiling the bottom of my truck, installed glass block windows in the basement, chimney repair, purchasing a big snow blower.....I hate winter.....

No pic's but had to change the alternator and get a new battery on Tuesday. This happened back in 2012 too

Looking into what else to do cuz between my double din radio, tv's, airbag compressor, and HID lights...I've definitely got more accessories and think that may be the issue. Has anyone added a voltmeter to monitor their battery?

Also passed 145K on Tuesday as well. Almost have 5K on my Toyo AT2 35's, so planning on rotating those soon.
