Just installed my projector retrofits from FTE member TCM GLX. He did a great job installing the retrofits on my supplied aftermarket headlights. Also put a rough country 20 inch light

bar and custom mount.

Ok here's the pix to prove we really do have a TT and an EX! Sorry for the thumb in the first pic.... at Banning KOA this weekend. THat black box on the outside stove is my Espresso machine. I don't leave home without it... There isn't enough room for it(counter space is not a "feature" of the Fleetwood Caravan)! I do have a new power cable thingy as our cable got lost inside and I had to drill the old one out. I have a new one now, but since we're plugged in, I'll do it when we get home tomorrow.

I swapped out the ashtray that was in my early 2000 project Excursion, the hook did nothing for me.

Then I washed both of them up, the green one will be fore sale tomorrow.

What did you replace the hook with? Is that extra storage? If so can you snap a pic with it open?

How was the towing performance? And where did the bikes ride?

Towing performance was fine, but I will be installing the 5 star performance tune(has SCT stock atm) in the am for the trip home. Bikes fit inside the trailer no problem and no take down. They are town bikes and the fork doesn't fork at the nut so no quick disconnect...

I replaced the busted headlights that came on my Excursion with some Raptor headlights with LED park lamps and XFE High/Low beam lamps. I also got my Oznium 12" LED bars installed under the full replacement brush guard I installed yesterday. I also installed my 230 Amp Leece Neville alternator and full battery wiring upgrade. Oh and I got my 4" Magnaflow muffler delete pipe on yesterday as well.
I am stoked about how everything came together. I guess I am an official 6.0 Excursion owner, I dropped a few grand in the first week...I also just got my blue spring upgrade kit in yesterday and have some LED third brake lights, license plate light lamps, a Dieselsite coolant filter kit and Donaldson filter on the way this week. I got my SCT X4 snd suction cup mount in Saturday but wanted to wait to try it after I get my other mods done and I get access to a PC and SCT customer support so I don't get in a bind like other people.

That 14.3 volts looks great compared to the 11.9-12.2 I was seeing before the alternator and wiring upgrade!

I am planning on pressure washing, priming and bedlining the radiator support bracing and the exposed frame etc. that shows now without the bumper on. I need this to deflect deer that love to dart in front of traffic down here.

I drove it 30 miles today at 75mph and it sounds great, no crazy droning sounds but I may be deaf! It improved my throttle response, sounds like a jet and really sounds nice when I romp on it.

I dunno of I should do it. I have a4" exhaust with a4" dp. I think I need some back pressure and the muffler may just add enough

I replaced the hook with an ashtray that came on the very early Excursions and super dutys. So I just swapped it from my project 2000 to my 2002.
