What did you do to the X today?
Haha - I've done the same so many times.
Buttoned up my 6.0 trans cooler this week ( had a small leak). Got my 07 style grill ( bought an aftermarket and trimmed the bottom myself) installed along with my Harley edition headlights. Finished my front Powerstop calipers and pads this week. Next time I have a little fun money I will be ordering a pair of 08+ style mirrors.
Very happy with the updated look so far.

Couldn't open the liftgate, and it showed door ajar. Took off the plastic, squirted everything with silicone spray and now it works like a champ! Altho I'm having a bit of an issue getting all the plastic back in its place.
I also went to get a slow tire leak fixed and ended up with 4 matching Michelin's with about 65-70% tread left. Much better than the worn out Summit Climbers. I didn't realize how bad they were.....I am a big fan of Mexicali tires when I need a good used tire, or 4! And the Michs are HIGHWAY tires, which is where my EX lives.

Have a ~3000-mile trip planned for next week, so been doing some stuff to the Excursion over the past month in preparation. Did the latex tubing into all of the four door seals, as well as the rear barn doors; huge difference! Replaced the right rear brake caliper with a reman as it had randomly started dragging pretty bad. Did an oil change with Rotella. Changed the oil in the rear diff with Royal Purple and a new gasket, which I'm not sure had ever been done before on my 250k mile truck. Got an alignment done on it. Installed a Bi-Xenon HID kit and re-aligned my headlights, which has vastly improved my night vision while also not blinding everyone else.
Lastly, I think there was only one or two of the "illumination" bulbs still working in my gauge cluster, so I pulled that out last night. Ordered a 10-pack of 194 bulbs (illumination) and a 10-pack of 74 bulbs (warning) from my local O'Reilly. Also started the install of an AutoMeter steering column gauge pod with an AutoMeter "OEM-Style" boost gauge, which has been a slight pain. Should have it all finished up tonight. Tomorrow morning it'll get a thorough cleaning, and then it should be pretty much ready to go.

Don't want that rear diff to run dry.
Very easy to change out, but this is on a 2wd. 4wd might be a bit more. I expected a lot more access issues but it went very easy.
believe it or not, but the krispy creme franchise in Metro phoenix actually went out of business. Not sure ho they managed that but.... They finally came back a few years ago.
A few years back they bailed out of the Philly metro market also, but now they are slowly coming back. I think the company underwent some restructuring or something.
Replaced the front brakes today. One of the slide pins was completely frozen and not budging. Fortunately the local parts store had the bracket in stock. I went with new pins on both sides. Also, the driver side outer bearing was toast. Sadly, the new bearing says CHINA.
I've had the rotors sitting around for a couple years, I think they were some kind of a closeout at Rock auto. They got a bit rusty, (bad storage spot) so had to have them machined. Went with Hawk LTS pads. I haven't driven it yet, it's raining out at the moment.
I know many people don't like 4 post lifts, but so far I am loving it. The built in table comes in handy for a brake job.
Here's the rolling jack holding things up.
