Be careful, you start getting all the fat-food joints, everyone will start to swell up like they do around here. Its horrific to see a higher percentage of morbidly obese than healthy people. Seems people have no self control. Most of that stuff isnt even real food. Stay healthy.

Drove 8+ hours down to Holtville to John Wood's shop to have him refresh my trans.

I'll post a few pics when I get home tomorrow.

Most of the chain places are around $1.80 an oz. I look for places that are closer to $1.20 or less an oz and have serving sizes bigger than 15oz. Most chains only have a 12oz.

Tell us moar............Why did it need "refreshing" and what all does the refreshing involve? If and when I ever need to spend money on my 4R100 I am willing to spend that money at JW's shop based on everything I've read up till your post above. I work my slushbox pretty hard and it still performs flawlessly with minimal care, what are you doing to your JW (super trans) that would have it in need of any refreshing?

So, the other week, I took off the hood insulation as I am working towards putting mustang style hood vents in, and well, during yesterday's cold rain, the hood was so hot that the rain was turning to steam... Never noticed anything like this before on any of my other cars, so I figured I would share. Note, don't mind the talk radio, I am turning into an older white male, which means I listen to am radio
