What did you do to the X today?
My truck weighs about 9k and I have had no issues parking on hills with just the transmission. Occasionally I will use the parking brake, but just to give it some exercise.
Well I have some exciting news! We're getting a Dave and Busters! I've never even been to one, although it's on my list this summer. It's big news when we get national chains up here...call us isolated and crazy
Gov. Walker signs bill allowing Dave & Buster's to open in Anchorage
Same, i only ever use the parking brake if i'm on a decent hill parked with the travel trailer. Never had any issue with anything i drive treating them the same way.
It worked for that truck, but I like the 2-tone on my current Limited better. That truck used to have grey on the bottom.

Gov. Walker signs bill allowing Dave & Buster's to open in Anchorage
Anchorage, ALASKA (KTUU) The ink hardly had time to dry but news became official. Dave & Buster's is opening in Anchorage following Governor Walker's signature on a bill allowing the gaming restaurant to open in Alaska.
Dimond Center Partner Hugh Ashlock announced the news Tuesday in a press release.
"Alaskan's want food they want fun and they want experiential things," Ashlock told Channel 2 News.
The Dave & Buster's will be located on the second floor of the Dimond Center, down the hall from the Regal Cinemas movie theaters where a branch of Anchorage Library was once located. The 44,000 square feet location will have a sports bar, dining, arcade gaming area and private dining areas for parties or events.
The cost, about $20 million, will be split between Dave & Buster's and Dimond Center. Ashlock chose not to go public with the huge investment until Tuesday when Governor Bill Walker signed off on SB 157

Olive Garden opens its doors in Alaska. Expect company records to fall. - Alaska Dispatch News
Likewise, when Alaska saw its first Chili's restaurant open in 2002, the location broke national sales records for the first five months of its existence. When Dairy Queen opened on Tudor Road in 2007 -- after a 17 year absence from the city -- it similarly broke sales records for its first six days of opening.
Sure, it was in the middle of a heat wave, but still. Alaska loves its chains.
Nailing down why Alaskans love chain restaurants is less easy than acknowledging that the love exits.
Part of it is surely wanting what we can't have.
