So if the Ex sits for around 10+ hours, it is VERY hesitant to start. It starts like there is not enough power in the system to get it to turn over.

At first I thought that is was my new auto store alternator, but I just had it, the batteries and the starter checked out and all seem to be fine.

I am at a loss on what to check now.

Thoughts?

Yes. Mine didn't like the experience so much, too many people petting the nice doggy, too many weird smells, too many distractions, too much pulling on the leash. PITA for me to drive the cart and the dog. She stays in the "barking lot". I've seen some small dogs riding in carts and they are having a good time.

Took out 3rd row and loaded the Ex with some furniture for the first time. Wow there is a lot of room in there!

Guy I bought patio furniture from said Ex smelled brand new, lol! Must be the "new to me" air freshener I have.

A friend of mine surprised me the other day telling me he was marrying his GF. Then surprised me even more by asking me to be a Groomsmen! So I just bought our tickets to Seattle for June 15th-20th tonight. Going to be traveling a bit this summer.

I'd like to say I simply upgraded my tow strap, but I really just made it so it was responsible to use. Had a 3000 lb (1333lb working load) rope that I've been using for quite awhile, however I've decided that's just stupid. It's pulled me out and others quite a few times, but odds are its eventually going to leave me stuck and possibly hurt someone. Upgraded to an 18k strap.

Shiny (for now)

What I meant was:

When she came to clean I would take the dogs into the bathroom. I would turn on the shower and put Queen on top volume, and pet the pups until she had finished cleaning the room so that she didn't have to see them. She is deathly afraid of them and wouldn't clean the room if they were in their crate. It was to much of a hassle to go into the bathroom for 15 minutes with the pups especially with my broken heel to be worth it so we just put the no service tag on the door from then on out.

Just about.

Truetrac = $560
R&P/overhaul kit = $520
Amsoil = freebie from my racing/carpool buddy with a sponsorship
Aluminum diff cover = $50 (not pictured, should have tomorrow)

I picked up the R&P/master overhaul kit since I toasted a pinion bearing and just assumed it damaged the gears too.

Drove it for the first time in a couple of weeks. Went to the HD and got a sheet of plywood and some of their $9.97 double packs of Kingsford charcoal. I've only put maybe 200 miles on the Excursion so far this year.

Haven't been on here in a long time. Just thought I'd stop by and say hi!
