That's very black brake fluid in a one gallon jug of washer fluid.
That is some spent brake fluid. That is on my list of mx this summer. Hopefully all the bleeders cooperate and I won't need calipers, and the stainless lines that you put on with new calipers, and.....

I know tons of folks have rust issues and I feel your pain. Those bleeders like to break and strip out. I am very lucky to live in Texas. Stuff just doesn't rust around here and believe me every time I work on it I am so thankful for that.

What are the front and ear flares from? Especially the rear? Year etc.

Didn't think there were late model rear flares available.

I am in Texas and my truck is a Dallas native originally. I have just had a bad experience with bleeders snapping off regardless of rust situation. My truck is very clean and no rust to speak of but the fear is real!

Headed off for KY this morning to pick up a truck. About 120 miles in to the trip I'm cruising down the interstate and feel a vibration all of a sudden, then SREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEECH and forward propulsion stops. Ugh.

Pull off the on the side of the highway and I can spin the rear driveshaft by hand.

Yank the rear shaft, put it in 4wd and limp that 120 miles back home at 45 mph the entire way. (This slow speed did result in fantastic fuel mileage at least)

Pull up in front of my house and without even thinking, go to back my trailer into the driveway and the rear totally locks up, won't go foward or back now. Drop the trailer in the road, put the floor jack under the rear, and crawl the ex off in to the driveway, then use the work truck to put the trailer away.

So much for buying that other truck

Yeah Eric, you are doing pretty good with fulfilling that wish list recently!
Looking forward to seeing the installation pictures and stress testing with the EX.

I love the rack though did you just attach it to the preexisting rack system already up there or bolted into roof?

Picked up a tool I loaned out. A friend used it to do coil spacers on a 2015 4x4. At least he made good and paid me what it cost before handing this back to me.....he said it got the job done, but from the looks of it...barely.

I couldn't agree more, I loaded out a 600 ft lbs torque wrench to a friend one time, never again! Well maybe it wasn't so bad, I got a new wrench out of the deal! $$$$$

Source of failure was bearings starved for oil thanks this little rust hole in the diff cover
