Spent my day getting my front springs installed. Ex is back on 4 wheels but I still want to clean up and paint the frame a bit, gotta install my new KYB monomax shocks, torque everything to spec, (hopefully) adjust my steering wheel back straight, and put the front bumper back on.

Looks like the rear needs to come up about an inch to match the front, so I will give that some thought this week...

I would hope you have something plugged into that OBDII to monitor that 6.0 beast

Based off sight or measurements? The roofline is lower in the rear which makes it look lower even if it isn't.

A simple Super Duty block swap should help if it is indeed nose high

Both.......

How much taller is the truck block ? I assume the tab for the bump stop is the same so my lower air bag mount will bolt up.....

I believe its a tapered 3.5", but I want to say there are some 4.5" options as well.

Was it you that shared the lift block with the u-bolt holes incorporated in a different thread? That'd be my choice personally

F350 block will give you an additional 1.5" and you do get the tab if oem.

Yes, the PMF blocks. They are nice but around $200. Another nice option (though its more of a want than need) is if you go with their upper spring plate (with larger holes) you can run their 3/4 inch U bolts. Yum.

I didn't get as much done as I had hoped this weekend, so I didn't dare drive to a nice level parking lot to take a few pics.

Very cool! Whats the plans for it?

I changed the blown fuse for the dash power point/cig lighter. It has been blown since I bought the X like 5 years ago. I didn't know about it till I was on a trip with my brother a couple years ago and he went to plug something in and it didn't work.

Thats procrastination!

Measurements before front springs:

Front (stock original front springs) 22 & 1/4 inches
Rear ( PO installed unknown add a leaf) 26 & 1/2 inches

After installing Pro Comp 22210 fronts 27 & 1/4 inches
Rear 26 & 1/2 inches

Parked on the street, but not a good side pic.... street is downhill.

IMASAP- Link below has factory part numbers for both wheel base blocks, and U bolts. F350 blocks should do you just right.

Replaced my rear hub bearings. Ended up removing the parking brake on both sides and as you can see, the backing plate on the drivers side was removed and the remaining dist shield for the disc brake was trimmed. I really hate rust. Thats all i have to say about that.

Sounds like a plan Bro, get the water then filter it I guess

^ Thats why I don't drive anything I care about in winter.

Why did you have to replace the bearings?
