My 8year old niece christened the Ex interior after getting car sick on Rt 9A through Manhattan (worlds bumpiest road - if it still qualifies as a road)
Seriously considering a complete interior replacement...
^^^Where did you end up buying? I see Astoria in your user description, is that where you're located? And does that mean you're at the Ilwaco Coast Guard Station?
I am currently stationed in Astoria, OR, I work out of the CG Air Station at the airport in Warrenton, although I am not assigned to the air station, my office is just located there. I am not assigned to the Ilwaco Cape Disappointment Station, but I have worked with them more than a few times.
We are buying a home south of Seattle, as that is where we are moving to in June. The house is in the Sumner/Puyallup area, and I will be taking the regional train from there into downtown Seattle for work.
Didn't think so but it sure seems like someone may have if that is how they park. It is amazing how little people seem to think as they go about their daily lives.
Got the rear entertainment system working again, somehow power wire for the screen had come disconnected when we got the audio injected into the Pioneer head unit AV/AUX connector. Also replaced the backup camera while I was at it. I went with:
"Esky® EC170-09 Waterproof High Sensitive Color CMOS Black Aluminum Alloy Universal Car License Plate Frame Mount Rear View Backup Camera"
I found it on Amazon for $31.99. The night vision mode of this thing is SO much better than my old camera. I also figured out when rewiring it that the previous owner must have had a problem with the backup light bulb and receptacle. The hole part, housing, cable pigtail, etc. was from an Expedition. I tried just getting the broken bulb holder, but then it would match the pigtail.
