If I got 14MPG towing my 31 foot Airstream, then I am a happy camper. That is 2X's what I used to get with my old suburban.

Actually, my last 2 ex' have been pretty accurate. My V10 averaged about 10 and my 6.0 averages about 15 both same kind of mix city/ hwy. on my long hwy only my current one showed 18.3 and my hand calculations were 18.5 or something like that. It's close enough that I trust it.
No Lie-O-Meter in my lowly government issue XLT but I just got a hand calculated 9.25 MPG towing home from RI, that's the best I have seen yet pulling the 41' 11k TT. I'm very happy with that and I think it beats Russ's solo average! Woo Hoo!

Wife drove the EX today for about 50 miles, and the overhead still works! I'm actually kind of surprised that I actually got it fixed. First time I've ever use a soldering iron.
Figured you guys might enjoy a few clips from the Demolition Derby i went to at the state fair on friday night. Its been years since i've been to one i really enjoyed myself!

Congrats on that master repair! I had mine apart a few months ago, took a look and replaced it with new, didn't trust my soldering skills lol.
