Thanks, I love them already. Can't wait to tow with them. The stock tow mirrors suck by comparison. Plus I love how it changes the look of the truck. They dont vibrate anywhere near as bad as the OE mirrors. One nice feature is the blindspot mirror is also heated.

Ya the rust I knew was going to be bad, pads had some life left in them on this side. Wait til tomorrow though, drivers side is much worse. Don't know why they would be worn down to metal when this side wasn't but they are gone completely in places. And well it's 1 more SF of rust off my truck! Ha it's sad, I'm just waiting for my fuel pump to crap out so I can drop the tank and get the top side of it.....

It was probably dragging at one time, I doubt if many people ever adjust the E brakes. Yours will be a breeze with that grease in the adjuster. Years ago all brakes were adjusted with those stars and this brings back not so fond memories of struggling with them.

Sorry, you said pads... The parking brakes are shoes. That's why I thought slide pins.

Ya my bad....for the life of me I can't seem to call them "shoes" - "shoes are tires", pads are brakes. Just can't get my brain around this brake shoe thing, what a PITA - whoever changed these trucks from drum/shoes to disc brakes for their main braking systems, may god bless them.

I'm so jealous. Just waiting for 1aauto to get them back in. I've already bought amber colors lenses to replace the smoke ones that come in them.

yeah, winter was supposed to be over! i had to run up to wasilla today. the police said not to travel if you dont have to. but who ever listens to them? i was able to do the speed limit or better without issue. lost count of all the ditch divers, roll overs, wrecks..ect i dont understand how they did it. i think it was more slick earlier in the morning.

Good thing you weren't working on cars when most of them had pads in the front and shoes in the back........lol. There was a time when only sport cars had disc brakes but a lot of things originated as racing items; variable cam timing, slipping fans, hot cams, ram log manifolds, fuel injection, headers, larger and more valves, overhead cams, outside air induction, air dams, locked rear ends, sway bars, electric fuel pumps, advanced ignition systems, superchargers, etc.
