Hi everyone,
Helping out my brother who has a 1986 351 V8 4bbl carb Bronco. The wiring harness for the distributor/ignition module/coil, etc. has been spliced, cut, and messed with for whatever reasons and it keeps shorting out ignition modules, not running right, etc.

We're thinking of just replacing the whole wiring harness for the Duraspark setup from a junk yard truck. Would any year work? Are there differences we should be aware of while looking? Is a 302 (or a 300 for that matter) DSII wiring harness different from a 351?
