engine problems?

ok so ive recently had alot of hesitating problems with my truck and i cant figure it out.... i went as far as changing out

-distributor cap
-rotor
-spark plug wires
-spark plugs
-fuel filter

now this hesitation has been going on for a couple of weeks now i really just dont know wut to do.... after i changed out the plugs and such it helped but its still hesitating.... i will post a link to a video when its done uploading....
seems to stop completely at higher speeds and/or when the motor gets warmed up....just a problem seeing as i dont let it run long before i leave for work... maybe a minute if that... usually up and go...
engine info
-300(straight 6)
-new oil pan gasket
-new dist cap, rotor, plugs, and wires
-no intake gasket leak
-no leaking air gaskets
-1988
-manual 5(dont think thatll help but just in case)
-new fuel filter

anyone that could help it would be AWESOME!

the beggining might be loud... but 1nce i bring the camera in u see my rpms drop too about 500 then accelerate.... when they drop is exactly when i actually press on the gas..... im really sick of this problem... someone plz help

Do as leavy said.

Let's see. Check your vacuum using a vacuum gauge.

Check PCV valve. Pull codes to see if anything is stored. If you have a timing light make sure the computer's advancing the timing correctly.

That's just a start.

vacuum is running right? What's your reading on your vacuum gauge and does the gauge behave as it's supposed to when you blip the throttle? As for your PCV valve, you have more than one setup? Stock setup is one valve at the back of the valve cover and a breather at the front. A few debate whether or not it is a very effective setup, but I ain't one of those folks haha.

What about codes? There's so many possible problems running thru my head right now I don't know which to throw out, so I'm not throwing out any. Just trying to suggest stuff to check.

Test your MAP sensor (test not replace), test your TPS.

ok so a little update.... i ended up replacing the map sensor after it was reading a bit off and ive gotten all of the vaccums tested for sure..... my truck is still doing it... i did a fuel pressure test and it leveled out at about 45 pounds, is that normal? and if it is something wrong with anything im thinking either fuel pump (because now my gauge on my main tank is always empty-.-) or my fuel pressure regulator... any ideas?

TIA!
