serpentine belt....how do I go about removing smog and power steering pump?

On my 4.9 I just got a shorter belt and rerouted it after removing the smog pump, but on my 5.0 I'm removing the steering pump as well, since the ranger has manual steering, and I don't mind it in the least.

So I will only have the water pump and alternator to spin, and after looking at it for a bit I don't think it can be done, unless I get a dummie pulley. Is there one available for the power steering pump? Or could I get an A/C or smog eliminator pulley and route it on the pass side of the motor somehow? Or will I hafta figure out how to make one of the latter two fit where the steering pump is?

Or get a reverse rotation water pump and regular V belt pulleys?

Any ideas?

Thanks!!
