Ford had to replace all four of my shocks with only 1100 miles on the truck. Appearantly there were bad welds inside the shocks that broke and may the bouncy. Got new shocks and problem went away, my service guy did tell me that a TRB went out about the shock issue.

I have the same exact tires on my truck. I had my tires rotated (first rotation) and the front tires have been wearing funny and feathering as well. I had my alignment checked and it was barely out, actually still in spec. The guy at discount tire said that the front tires appear to do that on the SuperDuty trucks, especially on one side, and doesn't know why. I believe that Ford has the door air pressure plate (65lbs on my truck) set too low. I'm keeping at least 70lbs in them.

Well did the TSB address the tires that may be ruined and diminished tire life - These tires are only 360.00 a PIECE!!! hope fully they will address both concerns at the same time.

Run your hand over the tread you will feel the uneven wear - you cannot see it unless it is very pronounced - (Note: when you are running your hand over the tread pay special note to the tread patch itself - when properly alligned and no problems it will feel perfectly flat for the most part - however when the tire has issues you feel the difference.

It can be alignment, worn suspension parts, shocks or balance. You have 2 conditions of balance, lateral and radial, which typically will show spots of wear or cupping not all the way around the tire.

Since the truck is new, move the effected tires to the rear, check alignment and replace the shocks since that seems to be the logical part in question. Be nice to your dealer and see if you as a group can find a solution.

Is the wear pattern even all around on one side of the tire or in spots?

When I ran my hand over the tire I thought, I heard the truck purr. Tires were fine though
