Question Is this all I need to convert my 302 to carb?

Advanceautoparts.com is having a special 15% off sale online until tomorrow so I'm gonna take advantage of it. I am going to convert a 89 lincoln fuel injected 302 to a edelbrock carb setup. Is this all I need to complete the carb set up?.... The carburetor, distributor with steel gear #2831, ignition module, coil, intake gaskets, I have the intake already(83 stock aluminum 4bbl mustang intake).

If your going to use the stock fuel pump you will also need a timing gear cover and cam eccentric to drive the pump, and gasket for that.

You'll probably need different throttle linkages(but you already know that or it will become obvious). Your list looks good to me.
