Spare Tire Size

So, while I'm trying to convence the 2.5" to 2.0" reducer that it needs to go into the receiver I lay on the ground to look at the receiver from that angle.
While down there I notice the spare tire. Hmmm it's a contenintal while my other tires are Michilen. Then I take a closer look. It's an 18" spare while my tires are 20". Seems like it's a useless spare to me. I'm going to accress this with the dealership.
Those of you with 20" wheels/tires may want to check this out.

No need for those with 20" wheels to check as they will only find the same thing you did. The 18" spare has always been standard issue with the 20" wheels.

The description from the '11 order guide for the 20" tires (option TCW) is..... LT275/65Rx20E OWL A/T (4), 4x4 – (spare is LT275/70Rx18E BSW A/T; NA w/gas engine)

Yep, got the education for my dealership. The spare will work with the 20" wheels.

The 18 is a larger sidewall to makeup the diffrence. PowerstrokeHD, i like how the order guide says a spare is N/A with a gas engine. We all know that isnt true.
