Ok.... so you DID use the factory block with the new springs. I've read mixed reviews on that subject. Some have used it and some have NOT. i wouldn't mind the added rake so when i hook up a trailer it will not sag the rear end lower than the front.

And second question .... those ARE factory rims that you mounted the 315's to correct?

I have the springs in my summit racing shopping cart right now. Shipped to my door is $568 for all 4 springs.

One more question - did you use a track bar drop bracket?

The thing I hate about Summit is they charge you $48 for oversize plus $13 for handling, that's an extra $61. Been trying to get them from Streetside but no stock on 22415 for another week. Good thing is they also have discount coupons, found one for 10% off.

I take that back. I have the 22210's and the 22415's saved for purchase.

If I'm not mistaken the 22210/22415 combo is what to use for a full spring lift minus the rear factory block.

So you used the 4" springs #22410 for the front and the 5" spring #22415 for the rear with the factory 2" block on your set up.

Thanks everyone for all the thumbs up

Keeping the stock rear block - The rear sits almost 2 inches taller in the rear and with the cowl hood really gives it a nice rake. Also, if I load a trailer it real doesn't squat nose high...

The wheels have minimal tire rub at full turn. I need to see where exactly they are rubbing and if it's possible to just trim that area a bit. So far the wheels really handle well in both rain/dry and honestly they don't make much noise - passed the wife test and she hasn't complained at all about the noise - or lack of...

I picked up the front springs/front/rear springs, Ubolts as part of the F250 kit from Summit and added the rear 22415 rear springs. The kit did not have the correct front shocks though, but Summit sent me the correct ones within the week. Also the rear shocks did not have the top pin mounts for the shocks, but they sent those to me as well. Procomp support also was a lot of help when trying to get things straightened out... Got to give then 2 thumbs up along with Summit for stress free service!

I got an hour to two to myself this weekend and took off all the rear inner wheel well 'undercarriage paint' ( too much of it had peeled off and looked pitted ) and resprayed it -- it's a night and day difference. I'll post some pics -- really cleaned up the rear and looks like it came out of the showroom clean now in the wells.

'I stinkin LOVE that hood! What did that set you back? ' - Sorry, the hood and the front end conversion / HID's were all already on the truck when I picked it up last year ...

i'm sure somone is wanting to know as well, so i'll ask, lol...........

can you measure from the center hub (or really close to it) on the frot axle and rear to the center of the wheel well?

you have me really torn now..... i had my mind set on the 22210/22415 spring combo, but i'd like a rough estimate on measurement if you don't mind. the tallest tire i was looking at is a 305/70/16 so i may not need the 4" spring if i really don't have to.

thanks again
and great lookin EX

I had a chance to measure to the wheelwell from the floor is 42 +/- and change in the front and 44 +/- in the rear. I have to get it parked on level ground again for the center hub height - may go out later with my son and I'll post up.

This really is the way they should have come from the factory ...

that gives me a good estimate, and another tough choice, lol!

that is an estimated 5" lift on the front of mine (apx 37" from ground to center of fender), and a 6" lift for the rear (apx 38" from ground to center fender), now this is measuring with 265/75/16 tires as well.

i still might stay with the 22210/22415 combo and eliminate the rear block. and have enough clearance for some 305/70/16's

That's what I was going to do with mine. The 22210 should give you 2" over stock and the 22415 should give about 2.5" if you lose the block. I think that would put me at 41".

team mudd you will clear with the set up and tires you are talking about. If you do decide to go with naything bigger to clear 35's without any changes you need the 6 inch lift spring minimum. Otherwise it will rub the air dam and possibley front bumper at full tilt when puylling into driveways and other tight turns. Just go slow and you wont hit.
