Factory DVD Player/ Engine noise

Does anybody know where a good place to get a factory dvd player for the over head storage? I have a expedition eddie bauer that looks like it had one but it is missing and the door for behind it is too. Does anybody have a picture of what it is supposed to look like from the factory? Also is there a good place to get trim pieces online or do you just have to look at your local junkyards?

For the engine noise, it is a very low tapping from the engine. It goes away when it is in gear. It speeds up when you rev the motor, it amost sounds like it is coming from the exhaust. It may just be the sound of the 5.4, I had a 4.6 in my f-150 but that was over three years ago. I just wanted to see if anybody had any thoughts.
