Oh Boy
Here is the skinny. I've got most of the white shirts done for those that ordered white shirts. I have all the mousepads done, however, it's the dark shirts that is giving me the problem.
After trying a variety of different temps, pressures, and times I got on the horn to a couple of suppliers and they said that for the darks you have to cut right up to the design if you aren't using the whole sheet.
Given that, I'm going to need to purchase a cutter as well. I have already been thinking about a cutter anyway, but this just pushes back my time table for the dark shirts, if y'all are going to still be wanting them when I'm able to get them done. I was going to do the cutter anyway, because there were some people that liked the designs that I have done and wanted them on stickers and such, so I was already planning on getting that, I just didn't know if y'all wanted to wait on that or not.
Those that ordered white shirts and/or mousepads, I just have a couple left to do, but I haven't sent anything as of yet, because everyone except one(who has already received their shirt) has also a black shirt(s) in their order as well.
Just let me know.

I actually went back and looked at the design. Even with the cutter it will be damn near impossible for me to do and to do it right. All the text(TN Chapter, FTE, FTE.com) will be individually cut out(on the TN flag design specifically). That will be an alignment nightmare trying to get all those letters to match up.
This is just specific to that design though, and may not apply to the next one.

Good enough. I'm sorry about this y'all. I'll hold off for awhile and see how many would want me to do white versions of their order and then I'll order and I'll try to get them out as soon as a possibly can. Hopefully that'll make up for things on my end.

Count yourself lucky, I wear a bib no matter what I eat. Tuesday evening I'll tally those those want it to go to white and then I'll order wednesday the white shirts. I'm going to be out of pocket for a good portion of the weekend. I'll try to get on every now and then, but I'm heading up to Frankfort KY, so I'll be away for awhile.

I even noticed that with the direct to garment printing. You have to buy in printer for lights and one for darks. So even with that, light is different versus dark. I couldn't reconcile that expense though. The light garments printers were on sale at my wholesaler for 11k, but they both normally go for 15-16k a piece. That's a lot of scratch.
I've got enough interest though, that I'm starting to branch out into the vinyl world as well. Although I'm making damn sure I got all the ends and outs right the first time.

Alright, I've got a count for those that were willing to go with all white shirts and I will be ordering those directly.
Once again, I appreciate the understanding in this. I feel bad that I wasn't able to get y'all exactly what you wanted.
I'll contact you all individually when I get them all done.
