Recommendation for transmission supplier

Each of us has our own version of what is a great truck, which is what makes get togethers like Arthur so interesting.

My version is HP and being able to drive long distances. Problem is I have the truck built to only meet one of those objectives.

I'm looking for a performance transmission shop that can build a dependable 460 (7.5L) E4OD transmission. Anyone have any leads? Thanks.

John.

i'll look it up tomorrow. he's just off of clarke south of traphalger. 1 block south, make a right. he's the second driveway, go around back and his shop's straight ahead. he really helped me out with my aod, and this summer he's going to build a better one for me.

If your woldwide try National Transmission (519-822-6703) in Guelph. Buddy is pretty in the know and reasonable.

Well I called around and talked to a number of shops and decided to go with Top Quality Tranmission in Hamilton. I've also decided to stick with the C6 since I have so many hard parts in it. Getting the trans in the trunk was fun and Hamilton is not my idea of a great vacation spot, once off the hill anyway. Frank at the shop seems very knowledgable and hopefully the smell of burnt trans fluid will leave the car soon .
