My 2 cents... Check the ICP. Mine would sputter and die but start back kicking and screaming a bit for a while. At first I thought I had gelled fuel, but when it happened in warmer temps I knew it was something else. Checking the ICP for oil is easier to check than dropping the fuel tank. Mine hasn't died since I changed it. Fuel level made no difference but seemed more apt to die when truck was cold.
No. I had it at a local diesel shop, they fixed the factory setup and cleaned the mixing chamber. I was thinking about going back in the tank and just modifying the return line and leave the mixing chamber since it was just cleaned and inspected.
Is it worth just modifying the return?
