doe you have multiple 02 sensors? like one before the cat and then one after? if so then this is not what you need to do. the truck will not run right due tot he o2 sensor reading being off since its an OBDII truck.

i would check the O2 sensors first. and if they are before AND after a catalytic convertor i would NOT touch that Y-pipe or cats. if anything take it to exhaust shop and see what they can do for you.
Check with your local exhaust shop. Find a reputable one that does custom work. At my local shop I was quoted $200 for a custom y-pipe to my specs. Last I checked that is way cheaper than a Basani.
