NEW FICM, WHAT NOW?

Last weekend figured out my FICM voltage was way low so I got a flashed FICM from swamp. I also loaded a Innovative tune from Eric. Got the FICM from FEDEX yesterday and installed this morning.

The new FICM solved the start up, rough idle and zero power issue. However, when i took it out for a test drive it is doing something new.

Under hard acceleration or WOT it starts to cut out from mid range RPMs and up. If it was a gas engine, i would call it a miss. Tried a different tune, no substantial change.

So, is it possible i damaged one or more injectors running it with a low voltage condition?

Is there something else i should be checking? This is starting to get expensive.

I could see it being a possibility. If you are having such a "high" performance issue, then I would imagine that there would be a code stored in there(injector codes usually don't set off a CEL, or atleast I haven't seen one yet). If you have a cylinder issue such as an injector not performing to par, then it should be logged in there. I would try that first.

As far as diagnostics goes, what do you have access to?

I can get access to a Snap On MODIS. That should show all codes right?

That should from what I've heard from people that have Snap On devices.

What do you call mid-range RPM's??? Mind is doing the same thing from about 2500/3000 up under no load, but not throwing a code.
