Well I am back in the land of the living..

Finally able to leave MD and come back to MA.

What an ordeal we had.. Went down and arrived around 10:30pm to find the downstairs bathroom like this.

 

A pipe in the upstair wall leaked and rained water down to the basement.. 3 floors of damage and still waiting to find out if insurance will cover it..

No actual figures but it is probably in the 50k range...

I didn't have internet access due to the water damage and crappy DSL..

 

Don...Welcome Home...so sorry to hear about your troubles in MD. What an awful surprise to encounter. Hopefully insurance will cover the damage!!!

 

Good morning all...looks like Ma Nature is going to let us know it's summer...about a week of 90-100 degree temps with oppressive humidity. I hope everyone has access to a/c spaces...we're going to need them.
