02 7.3 how fast will bad injector/oring bleed down a reservoir

Hello, new to site and have an interesting issue with an 02 f350.

Firstly the truck will bleed down the reservoir in top of the hpop in about an hour when the truck is off. when i fill it and crank for 5 sec or so it will fire run well when cold, that is until it warms up then it will want to die and i have to fight it and keep the rpm up. my first thought was low pressure oil pump so changed it with a melling m208. lpop is fine i stupidly left the plug out of the hpop res and well to say the least it moves oil just fine (like a pressure washer) when normally filled at idle cold. this was a normally filled crankcase facing uphill so im doubting this issue is front cover or pickup tube....heres the oddity. when i drive it for a while it runs great when getting on it as i turn into my driveway uphill it will stall. i instantly got out of the truck popped the plug on the hpop res and its empty down to the top of the hpop screen right at the top of the front cover.

Has been driving me nuts for a while sadly i havent been able to get a scantool hooked to this thing.

First question is...could a really bad injector or oring bleed the hpop+res dry in the 2 mins it takes me to get from the cab to the plug?

and secondly...can the hpop move more oil than the lpop can keep full at idle? but only when warm.

apologize for the formatting of this question i will refine my ways further with more forum time lol.

Things tried:

new t500 hpop and gasket
brand new ipr
new melling lpop
fresh oil
removal of ts 6pos chip

any ideas would be more than appreciated, i will be pulling the vc,s sometime this week to see if theres any oil leaks with the o rings or i have a dead injector.

Thanks everyone for your time.
Chris
