Heater system & controls

In my newly acquired Uni, a PO replaced the heat system with a hokey AC system and he removed the heater and all it's controls.

I would like to return it to a stock heater and am hoping you can give me some advise as to what this will require. I've searched for replacement airboxes and heater cores but there doesn't seem to be anything for the '61-63 trucks.

Also nothing aftermarket in the way of controls. Can you tell me how the one **** on the dash works the controls & fan.

Much appreciated, Steve

There are three controls for the heater. One in the dash for fan and defrost. Two under the dash control heat and temp. I can't remember which one goes out to a valve under the hood to one of the heater hoses.

1961/64 F100/1100 deluxe fresh air heater, has two cables (18518 & 18552 - see pic) located on a bracket under the dash.
