I think it is the small wire that goes from the solenoid to the starter so soon as the wife gets home I am going to run up to the parts store and get some wire and conectors and pray to some one and hope it works wish me luck
Yes, has to be a bad wire connection from fender mounted relay to the starter, maybe when you have the starter out the wire then makes contact. The connector on the starter end of that light gauge wire can get loose/burnt/corroded.
ya it doesnt work at all now and the connector looks bad on the end that goes to the starter I have power if I go an inch from the conector but at the conector nothing before I was but it must not have been enough at least I hope this is it
Did not get to put the truck back together and try it yesterday we had 2 tornados go thourgh by me so Im took the day off work today and going out here in a a bit to fix it
