Think i have a weak HPOP :( Please confirm...

Well took truck for a drive with the AE and figured i would log the ICP pressure and duty cycle to see the health of my HPOP. Well i am pretty sure i have a very weak one So Opinions needed just to confirm.

I am not sure if there is an exact mph range to test the HPOP or not but i just did a pull WOT from 20-75ish in both Stock and 60E.

Stock the pressure stayed 2600-2800psi and duty cycle was 40ish%

60E was 1900-2100psi and Duty Cyle was 75ish% duty cycle

I didn't have time to do the 100hp tune, but i would assume it would be same as the 60E or worse.

I read that anything under 2600psi is considered weak, so wanted to confirm with you guys that its time for a new upgraded HPOP. The truck hits boost rock solid, but just feels very flat when accelerating if that makes sense. So not sure is the ICP sensor goes bad, would that affect anything or worth replacing as well or is it definitely the HPOP?

I run my ICP test @ WOT from 60-90+ mph in the highest tune. If, indeed, it is only holding those pressures in the 60e tune, it would indicate a weak hpop. Mine would only hold ~1900 in the 100 hp tune and got progressively worse in the upper tunes.

I will log some 60-90mph pulls tonite just to confirm. But i am pretty sure the results will be the same or worse. muekster, you have pretty much the mods on your truck( going by the sig anyhow) that i will have, plan to have in near future. How is it all working together? And how is the Stealth HPOP working for you? And big improvement once you put it on ?

I like the combo of mods that I have. The Stealth HPOP really woke up my truck. Before I installed it, the weak ICP would let it fall on its face when the TC locked and it shifted into 3rd. Now, it pulls and pulls. No bog, just steady power all the way to readline. I don't really have a peak ICP with the Stealth. It doesn't really level off and continues to climb until I let out of the throttle. ICP duty cycle % in the mid 50's @ 100+ mph in 140 extreme.
