I jus got the title on an 06 F150 I bought for my son. Under "Model" on the title is says "LGT CONVT". What is this? I would expect it to say "F150".

 

I believe that it was converted by LGT Automotive. They usually are responsible for doing wood grain applique's on the dash? Does this vehicle have any added features that are not part of ford's standard trim kits?

 

I does not have any wood grain or any other extra features as far as I know. It may have something that I don't realize.

 

hmmm interesting. What trim level is the truck? What options does it have? Do you have any pics. Maybe some of us could point something out.

 

All truck I bought was that.

93 F350 with box. It XL trim
95 F250 with reg bed but convert to flatbed. It Xl trim.

They say LGT convt.

 

I don't have any pic's of the interior. This is the only one of the outside. It is an XLT.

Off-topic, sorry, but how do you like those Terra Grapplers (smoothness, grip, life, etc.)?

 

I can't tell you much about them. We have only had the truck about 4 weeks. They were on it when we bought it an it has sit most of the time. About all I can tell you is there is little to no road noise. Haven't had it off road.

 

What state is the title from? Their DMV should be able to answer questions about the title info.

My throw of a dart guess would be LGT=light duty, CONVT=conventional truck.

 

It is pretty common. If you search insurance auction sites, you will have to select that to get F150's. I never figured out why... I'll be interested to see.
