What should the fuel pressure from the lift pump be?

Could someone give me some PSI numbers to check at the fuel filter for idle and WOT?

Tweaking the timing on my IP got rid of the idle smoke, but not WOT. I'm wondering if the wreck somehow weakened my lift pump so it can't keep up at WOT.

Thanks
-Matt

4-7psi is correct. It also flows about 30gph.
