Sirs, posted this in the body shop forum as well. The dealer repaired my 06 E350 which was still under warranty. Paint was flaking off the roof pretty good on one side. They painted the whole roof, but now...2 months....there is a hairline crack between the gutter and roof around the whole van! Just beyond the "putty". Not there before. I'm thinking a small brush dipped in paint would fill it up, but not sure if it needs some converter or something on there first. I sold my 98 E250 when the gutters got real bad, and don't want to repeat. Thanks, Tom.

 

You need to apply some more seam sealer. Paint will just crack and separate.
