Blower motor resistor location 99 EB
Can someone please point me that direction? Fan stopped blowing today, but i can hear the compressor click on when i press auto or max AC. Also, the secondary fan works fine. My truck doesn't have aux HVAC, just the secondary fan setting in the center console.
The more I read the more I believe it's the resistor. And since it seems to be the least expensive component to replace I figure i'll start there. Well, I started with fuses and all appear to be good.
Thanks

I would first test for power on the blower motor leads. If you have power (with the system on) then the blower motor is shot. If there's no power on the leads, only then I would replace the resistor. Things change between different model years, but usually if the resistor is bad, the blower will still work but on high only. If your blower isn't working at all I would first check the blower as I stated above.
