Exclamation Cooling fan clutch

My A/C on my 92 F250 7.3 while driving down the road is cold. But when at an idle the air gets warm. If I rev the engine and bring the rpms up it still stays warm. But if I start driving down the road at 10-15mph the air gets cold again. Itsa fully charged with freon. At idle i dont feel much air being pulled from the front of the radiator. Could it be the clutch and is there an easy way to check it. Was going to order a new one today, but $150 dont wanna spend it if I dont have to. Also I sprayed out the raditor to make sure it was clogged. Veh is not overheating but in the winter takes for ever to warm up. Didnt know if maybe the fan at idle is pulling the air threw the condensor to cool it off.

To check your fan clutch, with engine off, rotate your fan wiith your hands, it should feel abit stiff, like it should have resistence.

If it spins freelly, no resistence, you need a fan clutch.
