dont know what is the problem
I have a 1999 ford ranger and the ac was coming out good when it is running but when i take off and go down the road the ac was comming out of the defrost vent so i took so vacuum lines off and blow air in them and now it is comming out the defrost all the time were could it be plug at

What vac line did you take off and blow air through? I would say when you blew through it, you either blew it off the other end, or blew the hose/connector apart somewhere that it was rotted at. I'd start by tracking that line down.
