Very Clean 1997 Ford F250 HD Crew Cab, 4wd Diesel

Year: 1997
Make: Ford
Model: F-250
Price: $7900
Mileage: 204177
Color: White
Private or Dealer Listing: Private Listing
Location (State): CA
Transmission: Automatic
Drivetrain: 4WD & AWD
Color: White
Engine: 7.3 liter PSD

I have for sale my 1997 F250 HD 4x4 Crew Cab XLT truck with the highly sought after 7.3 Liter Powerstroke Turbo Diesel. I have owned it for a little while, but am downsizing now and no longer have a need for such a large truck. It is a great looking truck and runs very well. Plus, it is the fully upgraded XLT model. Located in Davis, CA.

The F250 Crew Cab offers the most passenger space of any trucks in its class. The 97 model is the last year of the old body style, which retains the classic exterior styling with upgraded in-cab comforts.

I would like to get $7,900 obo for the truck. This is less than the KBB value and I feel it is a fair indicator of price for this particular truck in this condition. I watched prices on these for months when I bought it so I know the market fairly well. The only trades I would be interested in would be a 1986-89 Toyota 4runner in excellent shape + cash. Details and pictures are below. I have a Clean CA Title in my name.

-1997 F250 HD (Heavy Duty) Crew Cab Short Bed
-7.3 Liter PSD Turbo Engine (No SMOG Required)
-Just under 204,000 miles, which is still low for this engine
-Automatic Transmission w/ Overdrive (rebuilt approx. 50k miles ago)
-XLT Trim Level (highest level available)
-Towing Package with Electronic Brake Controller
-Wired for 5th Wheel Trailer Hook-ups in the Bed
-4WD with Manual Locking Hubs
-Ramsey Heavy Duty Stainless Steel Front Bumper
-Ramsey Pro 8000 Bumper Mounted Winch
-Full-size, Extra-deep Delta Diamond Plate Truck Box in Bed
-4 Anchor Points on Bed
-Stake Pockets in Bed
-Dual Fuel Tanks
-Very Straight Cab
-Full Size Spare Tire
-Rear Step Bumper
-Fire Extinguisher Mounted Under Front Seat
-New Heavy Duty Floor Mats Front and Rear
-Wing/Vent Windows on Front Doors
-Factory Cruise Control w/ Controls Integrated into the Steering Wheel
-Tilt Steering Wheel
-Power Windows
-Power Door Locks
-Seats 6 Comfortably with a TON of Leg Room in the Rear
-Fold-down Middle bench Seat Armrest w/ 2 Cup Holders and Storage Compartment
-Folding/Sliding Rear Seat with Fold-down Arm Rest in Middle
-A/C Blows Nice and Cold
-Tinted Windows Including Upper Tint Bar on Windshield
-Accessory A Pillar 3 Gauge Pod w/ Pyrometer, Trans Temp, and Boost Gauges
-Stock AM/FM/Cassette Player and Aftermarket 6-disc CD Changer (iPod can be used through the cassette deck with a cheap converter)
-2 Brand New batteries Under Warranty from Les Schwab Tires
-New Camshaft Positioning Sensor Replaced Under Ford Factory Recall
-Rebuilt Front Suspension

The Bad:

Needs a few little things to be perfect, but nothing major.

-Small Tear on Driver's Seat from Getting In/Out
-Inner Passenger Side Door Handle is Broken ($5 part, just haven't had time to fix it)
-Top of Bed Rails are Dented
-Tailgate Handle Needs to be Replaced ($10 part)
-Small Crack on Passenger Side Dash Trim Piece
-You Have to Hit the Unlock Button Twice for the Rear Doors to Unlock (just kind of weird, but they still work just fine)
-I Just Noticed That it Appears to be a Quart or so Low on Oil, Must be Burning A Little Bit (I've been told it is fairly common with these trucks)

Would you be interested in a clean moderately built 85 4runner and some cash?
Straight axle and EFI makes the 85s highly sought after.
Will check out pics of your rig tonight at home, but really want a long bed.
