Sound proofing my interior help ???
A product called Dynamat is the best for sound insulation jobs. They have it in either a spray form , or in adhesive sheets that can be applied to body panels/floors/etc.....once it gets warmer out , i am going to rip my door panels off and dynamat the hell out of them , besides sound , this stuff also works to hold heat in as well.

Mee too! Go with the Dynamat. I believe it is flexible enough to form easily to the contours of the bodt panels, and the sound deadening properties are very high. Try looking at something else. It worked for me. When at idle on my PSD I kept hearing a pronounced noise or rattle just from typical engine noise. It seemed to be transmitted through the steering column. I tried everything from lead soldering wire wrapped around the steering shaft to foam refrigerant line insulation to reduce the resonance. Then I got inside and listened down by the pedals where the column comes through the firewall and moved the rubber around...actually I just pushed it toward the firewall and the sound went away! Soooooo, i took out a little spray lithium just because it is dense....and gave it a little spray, well it lubed up the rubber seal and the noise was gone! It is much quieter inside now........just a suggestion
