I just installed an OEM satellite radio on my 2010 F-250 and according to sirius i have service (i have display) but no audio. The truck has sync any ideas?

 

Is your speakers connected?

 

Yep - Everthing else works - regular radio/cd - bluetooth/sync for the phone. The oem module only had two plugs one for the radio and one for the antenna -

 

Could it be that there is a software "activation" that the dealer need to do?

 

Actually had the sirius on an 08 F-250 and transferred it. I called sirius direct and activated the unit. This is actually the 2nd one I bought off e-bay. The first did the same thing and I thought something was wrong with it - but this one is doing the same exact thing - everything works except the audio - I'm thinking it may have to do with the sync and is probably something simple I'm just not doing

 

Dealer need to throw a switch. I bet.

Did you found out what was the issue on the radio? Im having the exact same issue here...

My 2009 Sirius audio suddenly quit for no reason while driving. Called Sirius and had the signal refreshed plus their troubleshooting - NO HELP. As a last resort, I disconnected the battery for 2 minutes and then re-connected it. PRESTO - The audio returned and all is well!
