Changed the injectors and fuel pump. Got all the fuel pump issues out. I'm getting fuel to the small filter on top of the engine. Now it just cranks wen I try to start it. I'm assuming one of the modules isn't connected good? I know the injectors are plugged in tight now. What can I check? Man I'm so close. I'm getting frustrated at all the small problems coming up lol.
I know there is a no start in the tech folder. But im on my phone under the hood of my truck trying to figure this out, so no flaming will be greatly appreciated
Okay, so you're getting fuel. Do the injectors buzz when you cycle the ignition key from OFF to RUN? If so, you'll need to crank the engine over LOTS to get the high pressure oil to prime up and build the needed ICP for the PCM to command the injectors to fire. This is assuming FICM_SYNC and SYNC switch from NO to YES when you crank the engine over.
yes the injectors buzz. At least I think its them. There is a buzzing noise in the engine bay when the key is cycled on. after I would say 10-15 seconds I would guess the buzzing stops though.

Yes, that's exactly what I'm talking about. If you've verified that fuel is filling up the secondary filter housing rapidly when you key ON, there's no reason the truck shouldn't start (provided all other parameters are within where they need to be). I would say you need to connect a couple of battery chargers and get cranking and cranking.
Will do. How long should the cranking intervals be? no more than 10 seconds?
I have cranked as long as up to 30 second intervals on most of these, that I've had apart. That's why I suggest hooking up a couple of battery chargers if you have weak batteries.
Yes, yes and yes. After any kind of major engine disassembly/re-assembly, this is to be EXPECTED. Now, you need to let the engine idle for a few minutes. After a few minutes, take for a few GOOD HARD wide open throttle runs. If you get some extended engine cranking before it starts up, don't be worried. That's normal any time anything in the high pressure oil system is opened up.
