I voted. 2k for audio sounds steep. The original radio in my 79 works just fine. Needs a new ****. Bout it... Good luck.

 

LMC truck has head liners where you put the radip up there nad it has the speakers already in the linder, there cool and thats what I plan on using, so there is they way to spend some of the audio money. (200) then get a expensive CD player (If they wont let you use the money on something else)

The radio I have in Big Red is original AM radio, it doesn't produce sound, but the light still comes on. It is one of several eletrical issues I have to deal with in the dashboard. If Big Red doesn't get Pimped, then I will have to do some trouble shooting because I wouldn't mind keeping the original radio if it still works.

I did see that KFAT put the rankings back in place and I am in 5th place, still behind 4 GM vehicles, I have no idea how the van is holding on. I have found the Blazer and Trans Am have support from their forums, but I doubt there is a really hoppin forum for early 2000 Chevy panel vans!

A friend told me I need to go to the Ford dealership and get some support from the sales and service guys! For the fun of I may walk in and ask what is my trade in value! Not that I would even sell it to anyone other than family.

it wont let you do it from the same computer so I did my comp then my room mates comps. All different emails haha. Ill bet i could even do it again on my phone. Theres only like 2286 votes total. If we got like 50 to 100 more votes tonight im sure that would seal it for him unless that stupid panal van and k5 are more ahead than that. We should definitely hit a bunch of the other forums asking for help. I doubt theyd have a problem helpin a fellow ford lover revamp his rig. Im spreading the word now.
