I like it too.
You know if you arched the bottom text as well it could be a arm patch.

AAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No, I'm just being funny there. No worries. One thing I have to say about embroidery stuff with this design is that I'm running what's called a "clipping mask" with the state symbol and with the state flag and that confuses my embroidery programs to no end.

I might be able to try some things, but those programs don't tend to like the more sophisticated effects. So I wouldn't hold out much hope there unless someone has a more sophisticated program.

If nothing else your suggestions have helped me tweak my skills with the programs.

Here is a rough run through the embroidery program just to give you an idea of what's going on.

I actually used an exported jpg of the Ai file. Now that comes with it's own set of limitations, but it was the best place to do the clipping mask. I could possibly redo the text in the embroidery program as it is the state symbol that is the biggest concern. However, it is much harder for myself to do the arc text in this program then it is in illustrator and make it look good.

I can try though if y'all want me to try to come up with embroidery files. Just let me know.

My mom has the equipment for cap embroidery that I actually know how to use(the ole ball and chain gives me a lot of jokes about that I tell you what).

Now, I'm going to have to play around with it some, because you are dealing with a 3x5 field to embroider the whole thing and I don't know if it's going to look like a blob or what. It just depends on how complicated the pattern is at that size. I'll actually have to stitch out a sample and take a picture of it. The embroidery that I already posted is a simulated stitching of the pattern. They are pretty damn close, but you know what they say about that.

I'll try to refine the text and everything and stitch it out and post it in another thread since it looks like we have an official one now.

I'm off to dinner now(or lunch depending on what y'all call it, I was raised with it being called dinner and then supper for the evening meal). I'll try to whip up a computer generated one this evening and then stitch it out tomorrow(hopefully, if all goes well).

Alright, I resized it to give it a look see.

From an embroidery standpoint: it looks like it's going to be too much to have the 2 trucks in there. That's just too much going on for such a small area. It looks like the flag within the state might work out though. At least that's what it appears to be on the screen.

Script I might have to tweak I don't know, that'll need to be stitched out for sure.

I just don't know if y'all can handle losing the two truck outline. That appears to be just too much in such a small area. If I had the equipment to heat press it on hats that would be a different story, but I don't. From an embroidery standpoint it's just too much.

I can try to stitch it out without the truck outline and see what you think. Unfortunately, some things just can't go too small.

Just let me know what y'all would like me to try to do.

Alright, here are a couple of options that I have. I can't really do the exact logo that we just got finalized as far as doing embroidery on hats. Like I said, if I the machine for it, I could actually just do something like I do with the mousepads. It wouldn't be so bad then. Or like what could be done on coffee cups. At some point, I might be able to do those two things, but at this point I can't. It just depends on some things.

Anyway, here are a couple of pictures of what a simulated look for the embroidery would look like. Let me know.
