Lug Nuts?
#3
These same lugnuts also fit thru 2002 on E150's which did not go with metric wheels in 1997 like the F Series trucks did.
And they were used on a gazillion different passenger cars as well. 'Little Deuce Coupe' for one example, Crown Victoria for another.

The threads are 1/2" -20...... but be careful. If you buy new lug nuts you will find the hex itself to be a different size. The new ones take a 3/4" socket. The original larger ones are hard to find and take a 13/16". The ones you get from NAPA now are smaller ones and won't match your originals.
I got my larger ones from "Lug Nut King." They match.

All I'd add is that there are lots and lots of really crappy cheap chinese pieces out there, very poorly cut threads and soft metal. I would rather scrounge old OEM nuts than take my chances. I've had several of the chromed nuts sold at Autozone and tire stores strip out at specified torque.
