Hey Dale, Jay, and Troy!

How'd everything look in the diff? I'm not bad thanks!
Gotta mow here too. That rain we got last night made the grass double in height!

Hello Troy. Doing well tonight. Got the PCV valve in Lynns car tonight, cleaned up the MAP sensor and got the battery contacts checked (lights flickering a bit). I got the SES light to go out but the lights still seem to flicker a bit. Last time the terminals were mega corroded but I had put some Noalox on last time and they still seemed nice and clean so I am not sure what is going on there. Maybe a bad ground somewhere else?

Hey Dave

You'll have to let me know if the valve fixes the problem or not...

Well Dave I tried to take pics but couldn't make my wifes camara work with a flash...grrrrrrr so no pics. The edges maybe seamed a little sharp but that is all I could see. No real debris in the bottom to speak of. I don't know I guess we will see what happens.

Hey Jay I guess I missed the part about your lights flickering. That sounds like a ground issue to me. Which lights flicker? All of them?

If they were really bad, it would be very very obvious they were bad... They would look like knives on the edges.

We will see about the sensor. I restarted the car a bunch of times and then drove it, shut it off and restarted and still no light so I am hopeful the MAP is still good.

All the lights flicker a bit Troy

Okay!

Made some reservations for camping next weekend. Found what sounds like a really nice campground in Ham Lake. So it's like 30 minutes away, and only $30/night...

Well easy fix then Jay!

Check the little wires on the alternator Jay, that connection can get dirty and cause that problem too...

Evening evaryone.

Thanks Dave for getting me that gear info, now I just need to make up my mind.

I think I am going to hook on the camper and take it for a nice spin on the freeway at 65-75mph and see how it does. I still have not tried it with the new tuner and y pipe towing at freeway speeds.
