Question 2000 e-150 steering bump

Need some help. My 2000 E-150 has had the ball joints, radius arm bushings and tie rod ends replaced - drives fine, the tires are wearing perfect but I have this "bumping" sensation, over small and large bumps, that is felt in the steering wheel. The movement is perceptible only in town at lower speeds. I have not replaced the pitman arm as my front end shop that did the work says "it's a non-wear item." The shocks are all good (bilsteins) so this is not an issue. ANY suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Check tire pressures, lower it to minimum recommended for your load and see what happens.

I've played around with tire pressures and it has had no effect.
